Bu politika, boxapps.app üzerinden satılan LinkAV lisanslarını kapsar. App Store üzerinden yapılan satın almalar Apple'ın iade kurallarına tabidir.
Satın aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde, gerekçe göstermeden tam iade isteyebilirsiniz. Satın almadan önce ücretsiz sürümü deneyebilirsiniz.
Satın alma e-postanızdaki sipariş numarasıyla info@boxapps.app adresine yazın. Ödemeler Lemon Squeezy (satıcı kaydı) tarafından işlendiği için iadeyi de onlar yapar; tutar genellikle 5–10 iş günü içinde ödediğiniz yönteme geri yatar.
İade edilen lisans anahtarı devre dışı bırakılır ve LinkAV ücretsiz sürüme döner. İndirdiğiniz dosyalar silinmez.
14 günden sonraki isteklere, yasal haklarınız saklı kalmak kaydıyla, durumu değerlendirerek yanıt veririm. Teknik bir sorun yaşıyorsanız önce bana yazın; çoğu sorunu birlikte çözebiliriz.
This policy covers LinkAV licences sold through boxapps.app. Purchases made on the App Store follow Apple's refund rules.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. You can also try the free edition before buying.
Write to info@boxapps.app with the order number from your purchase email. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), who issue the refund; it usually reaches your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The refunded licence key is disabled and LinkAV returns to the free edition. Files you downloaded are not removed.
Requests after 14 days are considered case by case, without affecting your statutory rights. If something does not work, write to me first; most problems can be solved together.
